- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, is issuing a modification under the existing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) task order number GS05P09GBD0037/GSP0510SI5030, which was awarded on February 5, 2010 for Preconstruction Phase Services in the amount of $35,000.00 to Clark Construction Group, LLC.
