The purpose of the modification is to extend security services due to the ongoing American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 funded construction project at John Day Dam and to increase the hourly rate due to a wage rate increase in accordance with FAR 52.222-41(f) Service Contract Act of 1965; Successor Contracts.
