- 1. The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for the Cleaning and Repair of the Small Boat Barrier at USCG Base Support Command (BSU), Coast Guard Island, Alameda, CA. If you are interested in submitting a quote, please review the enclosed documents. All submittals must be completed and forwarded to this office for consideration of your offer. 3. This solicitation is considered Services and Small Business Concerns will be considered first. a) Please note that the Quote Due Date is Tuesday, March 30, 2010 prior to 4:30 PM local time. You may submit your quote via fax (510) 437-2793 Attn: Brittany Rusch or via e-mail to Brittany.D.Rusch@uscg.mil to arrive prior to 4:30 PM local time. b) If you have any questions, pertaining to the Performance Work Statement, they should be submitted in writing to Commanding Officer, USCG BSU Alameda, Coast Guard Island, Bldg 42, Alameda, CA 94501, Attn: Brittany Rusch or via e-mail to Brittany.D.Rusch@uscg.mil. Questions should be received no later than 22 March 2010. 4. Your quote must be submitted on the attached Standard Form 1449 in order for your quote to be considered responsive. Be sure to complete Block 17 and sign and date Blocks 30 a, b, and c. Price shall be quoted on the attached Exhibit 1 - Schedule of Supplies/Services. 5.
