- Meter Addendum Addendum 2 Instructions for opening GP4 Files Revised Solicitation Revised Agreement AMENDMENT for ROYBAL FB ROYBAL FB, 255 E. TEMPLE, LOS ANGELES: 1. A requirement for adding meters to monitor water and natural gas is added; an addendum is posted describing this requirement. This will be added to the contract price schedule in the Agreement in the near future. 2. An "Addendum #2" is posted for the Roybal FB, with various clarifications. Attached documents included: Roybal and 300 meter addendum and addendum 2.
