- Specs for GSA furnished computers Bid Guarantee form Reps and Cert - with solicitaiton number Menlo Park Points Menlo Park Points Revised Specifications Revised Solicitation Revised Agreement Revised Contract Price Form Amended this solicitation as follows: 1. A revised Agreement is posted. This adds the solicitation number. 2. A revised Solicitation is posted. This revises the Price Realism provision, adds procedural language to the evaluation process, adds the formula for "total evaluated price" (used in creating price ranking), and adds a proposal requirement that if Experience credit is sought for proposed subcontractors the role of the subcontractors must be described. Revised language is marked with a line in the left margin. 3. GSA will furnish computers to be used as servers and operator workstations for the building automation system. Two servers and 6 PCs will be provided. The specification is posted. These will come with an operating system (Windows XP), but no other software. 4. A revised Contract Price Form is posted. This adds CLIN 27A for water and gas meters (requirement posted as a specification addendum previously). 5. Revised Specifications are posted. Changes are: Deleted: SECTION 23 61 13 CENTRIFUGAL REFRIGERANT COMPRESSORS Added: SECTION 23 64 00 PACKAGED WATER CHILLERS Corrected (minor revisions inconsequential to scope: SECTION 26 05 19 - LOW-VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL POWER CONDUCTORS AND CABLES SECTION 26 05 53 IDENTIFICATION FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS The Table of Contents indicates which sections have been deleted with a strikethrough ( Section 23 61 13) and which sections are new as indicated by a "|"in the margin (Section 23 64 00). In the body of the specifications (i.e. sections 26 05 19 & 26 05 53) all revisions, though minor, are indicated by a "|" in the margin. 6. A points list is posted (in PDF and CSV formats) with points from Buildings 1, 2, 3, 3A, and 15 mapped into NiagaraAX.
