- DESC HAS BEEN CANCELLED THIS RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the month of March 2010. The total quantity is 80,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel #1 (DF2), the deliveries are scheduled as follows: March 2-5, (Tuesday – Friday) 8,000 gallons per day, March 9-12, (Tuesday-Friday) 8,000 gallons per day, and the remaining two deliveries of 8,000 gallons upon request to MK Air Base in Romania. Method of delivery is Transport Truck. Complete Tank description will be provided. This is a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment. DESC reserves the right to make contract award based on the initial offer submitted.
