- Statement of Work Bldgs. 407 & 410 Drawing #2 - Bldg. 1048 Drawing #1 - Bldg. 1048 Statement of Work Bldg. 1048 INTERESTED FIRMS MUST BE REGISTERED TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND MEET THE REQUISITES OF ITALIAN LAW 109 OF 11 FEB 1994 AND SUCCESSFUL SCREENING BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE. THE PROJECT WORK IS SOA CATEGORY OG11 OR OS30 CLASSIFICATION III OF ITALIAN LAW 304 OF 15 MAY 1998. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $100,000.00 AND $250,000.00. SCOPE OF PROJECT : TO REPLACE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS IN BLDGS. 407, 410 & 1048, AREA C & F, AVIANO AB, ITALY. The project is to sustain the air condition systems. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following items: replace chiller units feeding bldg. 407 and 410, including all related mechanical and electrical works; replace chiller package unit in bldg. 1048; replace existing air handler unit; replace existing inertial water storage tank; installation of additional fan coil untis; and installation of galvanized fixed ladder to access roof. IL LAVORO RIENTRA NELLA CATEGORIA OG11 OPPURE OS30, CLASSIFICA III DEL DECRETO MINISTERIALE 304 DEL 15 MAGGIO 1998 E SUCCESSIVE MODIFICHE. ENTITA' DEL PROGETTO: TRA $100,000.00 E $250,000.00. SCOPO DEL PROGETTO: SOSTITUIRE UNITA 'IN ARIA CONDIZIONATA BLDGS. 407, 410 e 1048, AREA C & F, AVIANO AB, ITALIA. Il progetto è quello di sostenere i sistemi di aria condizionata. Lavori da eseguire include ma non è limitato ai seguenti elementi: sostituire le unità chiller alimentazione bldg. 407 e 410, comprese tutte le opere connesse meccanici ed elettrici; sostituire unità pacchetto chiller in BLDG. 1048; sostituire unità gestore dell'aria esistenti; sostituire i serbatoi di stoccaggio inerziale acqua; installazione di ulteriori fan coil Untis; e l'installazione di zincato scala fissa di accesso al tetto.
