- Services provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), utilizing their proprietary and intellectual property, to assist the C-5 Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA) to accomplish organic C-5A/B/C Legacy Technical Order (TO) Sustainment. The contractor will provide source data delivery and services for sustainment to include technical writing for the purpose of updating existing data with either mark-ups or adding newly developed source data, technical writing for the purpose of re-authoring due to lower reading grade level, technical illustration conversion into Computer Graphics Metafile (CGM) format, delivery of Mylar Copies of Engineering Drawings, and Loft Area Drawings as requested. The CGM drawings will be converted from the OEM source vector drawings, which were not delivered to the government. The manuscripts and information to prepare the Loft Area Drawings is only available from the OEM. The anticipated contract period will be two years (one year basic period and one year option period). The quantity will be pages/each/lot. The approximate Request for Proposal (RFP) issue date is 15 March 2010 with a response date of 17 May 2010. Sole Source: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, 86 South Cobb Drive, Marietta, GA 30063-0001, CAGE: 98897. Statutory Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c ) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, shall be considered. Only written, faxed, or electronic responses received directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns if any, regarding this acquisition.
