- This The Contractor is to provide HITREC/HITRC a comprehensive, CRM SaaS solution that is capable of capturing sustomer interaction data, support operational and reporting needs to the Region Extension Centers, and also provides seamless support for multiple interactions types and groups with the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC). This was a competive requirement under the GSA MAS schedule, and was awarded as a Time-and-Materials contract. ONC could not predict with a great degree of accuracy the number of actual software licences that would be required for a 4 year contract. It was determined to be too risky to do a fixed-price contract, when the estimated amount of licenses could end up being much lower then anticipated.
