- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The New Hampshire Army National Guard has a future requirement for Dental Services throughout the state of New Hampshire. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. The required services needed for the National Guard soldiers will be provided in the solicitation expected to be posted by 12 March 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621210 (Size Standard: $7.0 million). The Government contemplates awarding multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a base period from the effective date of award four 12 month option periods for renewal. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web site, www.fbo.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this acquisition. The response date for the market survey is March 12, 2010. No telephone request or inquiries will be accepted. All responses to the Market Survey Questionnaire must be submitted electronically to spencer.wilber@us.army.mil. Please note: All contractors or providers doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
