- The principal components of the work to be performed include: (1) Furnish all materials and perform work to construct concrete parking slabs, including common excavation and paint striping for parking areas; (2) Furnish all materials and perform work to construct concrete sidewalks; (3) Furnish and place aggregate surfacing; (4) Furnish and install water hand pumps with slabs; (5) Remove concrete; (6) Furnish and install parking bumpers; (7) Furnish and install accessible fire ring and concrete slabs; (8) Furnish and install accessible grills and concrete slabs; (9) Furnish and install accessible parking signs; and (10) Furnish and install accessible handrails beside existing concrete sidewalk. This work is located approximately 5.5 miles south of North Loup, Nebraska in Valley and Greeley Counties. The solicitation packages are scheduled to be available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov on or around March 22, 2010. Interested vendors may also check Reclamation's website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The bid opening date is tentatively scheduled for April 22, 2010 at the Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $100,000 to $250,000. The acquisition will be issued unrestricted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990. The applicable Small Business Size Standard is $14.0 Million. Note 1: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Contractors may register at http://www.ccr.gov. Note 2: Effective January 1, 2005, any contractor submitting a quotation, offer or proposal to the Government must complete their Representations and Certifications online. All representations and certifications which used to appear in Section K are now located online. To complete the online representations and certification, Contractors shall register in the Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
