- Special Notice of Intent This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the below western contractors under the Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC): (1). C3, LLC, Contract Number: 98210AD001,(2). CH2M Hill, Contract Number: 98210AD003, and(3). URS Group, Inc. Contract Number: 98210AD005. The scope of work will be to rehabilitate the Paso Corvinas dirt road crossing roadway and levy at Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Refuge, located near Los Fresnos, Texas In Accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
