Description
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Columbia is seeking firms, Faith Based organizations or nonprofit organizations capable of developing and delivering Faith-Based Reintegration Services for select criminal offenders in Washington D.C.. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials and supplies to facilitate and coordinate Faith-Based Reintegration Services. These services will include but is not limited to: Outreach, Recruitment, and Retention of Faith Institutions and Mentors; Training of Program Coordinators/Mentors; Coordination of Cluster Council Activities; Mentor/Mentee Management; Service Referrals; and Mentor Program Coordination and Supervision. A draft solicitation is provided with this pre solicitation notice. Prospective offerors may provide comments no later than February 5, 2010. A final Request for Proposal (RFP) will be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on or about MARCH 12, 2010. Prospective offerors shall submit proposals in response to the final RFP. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps website for the release of the final solicitation and up-to-date information on this acquisition. It is anticipated that the solicitation will result in a multiple award firm fixed priced contract with a period of performance consisting of a base period plus four one year option periods. The place of performance for the resulting contract will be in the District of Columbia. The NAICS code for this procurement is 624190. The small business size standard is $7.0 Million Dollars Prospective Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) provided by Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B) and Tax Identification Numbers (TIN). No paper copies of the draft solicitation will be issues.
