- This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009("ARRA"). This notice is for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. It is the intent of the government to award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order to (1) one of the below mentioned firms. The Scope of Work for this project requires a Construction Management (CM) firm who has the experience, educational qualifications and skill sets to manage both the design and construction process of at least 10 Design-Build construction projects from start to finish (cradle to grave), on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with all the Federal Acquisition Regulations, codes, security requirements and constraints set forth and established by the General Services Administration (GSA) and it's Tenants. GSA will release Request for Quotes (RFQ) on or about March 2, 2010 for this requirement. This opportunity is available only to vendors under the General Services Administration's (GSA) Construction Management/Project Management (CM/PM) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
