- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Ma-Chis and SEI Energy Systems, LLC, W912DY-10-D-0017, ENERGY CONSERVATION INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ECIP) The intent of this project is to perform energy efficiency upgrades and replacements at various buildings and locations at the Carlisle Barracks Garrison in Carlisle, PA. The contractor shall provide all design, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, freight and delivery as well as all necessary valid licenses, permits, testing and certifications in order to provide complete and useable projects. The work is intended to provide for energy reduction and conservation (where applicable).
