REPLACES SOLICITATION SPM4A6-10-R-0359 (ONLY SOLICITATION NUMBER HAS CHANGED) PR NO: 0024931833 – NSN: 6230-01-242-2016 – GENERAL LIGHT SET – FULL AND OPEN I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-44259D(1) AMEND NR 1 TYPE NUMBER P/N M44259-I – CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE REQUIREMENT – BILATERAL – CONFIGURATION CONTROL – CRITICAL APPLICATION This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 4172 each with a 100 percent option. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, full and open competition procedures. Delivery requirement is 60 days. A Subcontracting Plan is required. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
