- Sole Source Justification for Mediacom cable transition The 325th Contracting Squadron hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source purchase to Mediacom Southeast, LLC to transition their proprietary aerial cable infrastructure, located on Tyndall AFB, underground through direct- boring services. This announcement constitutes the only notice. This is not a request for quote or a solicitation for offers. The reference number is FQ48199343A002. The NAICS code for this procurement is 515120. This purchase is done in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to relocate their existing overhead (pole-line) television cable (CATV) infrastructure to direct-buried underground.
