- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis/Request for Information (RFI) which is issued for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future. The Air Force Materiel Command, Electronic Systems Center (ESC), 554 ELSG/PK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), Ohio is conducting market research to seek qualified sources to provide functional and technical contract services for Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support for the Decision Support Flight's 754th ELSG/ILSW Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS) Program Management Office (PMO). SMEs are individuals with a specific level of expertise in certain key system areas or disciplines and are knowledgeable about the domain being represented. This professional provides unique in-depth functional and technical knowledge on the application and system operations for WSMIS, which is a suite of automated Air Force decision support and operational support tools. WSMIS rigorously assesses the logistics "health" and capability of weapon systems to meet wartime tasking as dictated by contingency plans. WSMIS modules include: Sustainability Assessment Module (SAM),! D087C; Requirements/Execution Availability Logistics Module (REALM), D087H; Execution and Prioritization of Repairs Support System (EXPRESS), D087X; WSMIS TRACKER, D087T; Propulsion Requirements System (PRS), D087Q; and Weapon System Management Information System Database (WSMIS-DB), D087W. Services shall be performed at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, and Tinker AFB, OK. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 541519, size standard $25M.
