- The Ground Combat Vehicle Request for Proposal, W56HZV-10-R-0042 was released on 25 Feb 2010. The Pre-Soliciation documentation has been superseded by that provided with the RFP. All interested parties should download the RFP and publicly releasable attachments at http://contracting.tacom.army.mil/majorsys/gcv/gcv.htm The Controlled Unclassified and Classified portions of the RFP should be requested by Prime Contractor offerors. Subcontractors should seek this information from the Prime Contractor offerors they are working with. All pending access requests for the information that was contained at this site have been cancelled.
