- Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to competitively award a firm fixed price construction contract on a lump sum basis to replace and repair long distance district heating lines between Building # 8306 and # 8404 at U.S. Army Garrison, Smith Barracks, Baumholder, Germany. Magnitude of Work: between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 The Invitation for Bids (IFB) will be issued on or about 22 March 2010 The IFB and any amendments will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site.
