- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: GSA SCHEDULE 23 V, SIN 271 101 Furnish and deliver to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Black Rock Lake, 350 Old Branch Road, Thomaston, CT, one (1) new and unused Four Wheel Drive, Diesel Powered, 100-102 Gross Horsepower Backhoe /Loader similar or equal to Caterpillar 430E IT equipped as indicated in the specifications. Included also will be a trade-in towards the price of the new unit of a 1995 John Deere Backhoe/Loader 310D Turbo Charged with a deluxe heated cab.
