- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a contractor to provide closing agent services for the sale of HUD-owned single family (1-4 units) properties in Northern Georgia. The primary objective is to perform closings of HUD-owned properties within 60 miles of the subject property. The contractor is expected to coordinate with the Asset Manager contractor (AM) to accomplish the closing within the allotted timeframe. The contract duration will be for one base year and two one-year options. More detailed information concerning the work requirements will be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation should be available for downloading from the Federal Business Opportunity website on or about 03/15/2010. The North American Industry Classification Code for this procurement is 541191 with a size standard of $7 million average annual receipts for the past three years. All proposals will be due 30 days from the date the solicitation is issued. No hard copies of the solicitation will be made available. Telephone and email requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
