- SF330 - Firms should submit Part 2 AE Request for Information - Firms should return Page 1 of this form, their CCR details, and Part 2 of the SF330. Pursuant to FAR Part 36, we are updating our qualifications data for Architect-Engineer (A-E) contractors interested in doing work in northern Wisconsin and Michigan. This data is used to establish a list of interested and qualified A-E firms primarily for projects that will be awarded utilizing A-E short selection procedures (for projects <$100,000). Please Note: For fiscal year 2010, pursuant to the USDA Annual Set-Aside Policy, AE firms must be an emerging small business to receive consideration for USDA Forest Service contract awards for A-E projects less than $50,000.00. For AE projects between $50,000 and $100,000 only small business AE firms are eligible. Dependent upon the socioeconomic status of respondents to this Sources Sought, individual AE projects may be set-aside for 8(a), Hubzone, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business firms. Accordingly, large business concerns will not be included on our short selection lists. Furthermore, there are many Wisconsin and Michigan AE small businesses interested in doing business with the Forest Service. Because “Location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project” is an evaluation factor used in the short selection process, selection of out-of-area firms under these procedures is unlikely.
