- Description
- The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has a requirement to increase the contract maximum value of contract H92222-07-D-0008, a sole source, firm-fixed priced, time-and-materials, and cost type indefinite quantity contract awarded to Harris Corporation, Rochester, NY for the Improved SOF HF Manpack Radio System (ISHMRS), accessories, ancillaries and repairs. The total contract maximum amount of this indefinite quantity contract is $422M. This modification will increase the contract value to $456M. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. This notice is not a request for proposal and may constitute the only official notice of this action. The authority cited for this procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
