- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease first class, modern, contiguous office space and related space consisting of approximately 8,050 rentable square feet in Venice, FL. The space must yield 6,998 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Street level space is preferred, and upper floor space requires two (2) accessible elevators to the proposed space. Offered space must have a maximum length to width ratio of 2:1. Additional special requirements apply and will be addressed in the market survey and the subsequent solicitation for offers. LOCATION: Space must be located within the city limits of Venice, Florida. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Subleases are not acceptable. Space should not be located within the 100-year flood plain. A minimum of thirty seven (37) parking spaces are required at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates within a two block radius of the offered space. TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space should be ready for occupancy within 180 days of award. INTERESTED PARTIES: All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
