- Q: There does not seem to be any cost model (CDRL or CLIN) to cost against. A: Propose one. Q: Do we just submit hourly rates? A: Hourly rates and manhours. Q: Is there any predetermined format your office requires in order to submit a technical proposal (cost data, evaluation criteria, etc.)? A: The evaluation criteria is found in the original synopsis/solicitation. Any contractor format that addresses the information requested in the original synopsis/solicitation and these and any subsequent questions. Q: How much of the work will be required to be completed on-site? A: The Government doesnt foresee a need for work to be accomplished outside of the Offerors facilities. The Offeror may propose alternate locations to accomplish the tasks.
