- Description and Capability Survey This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may have demonstrated experience in the design, development, installation, and checkout of high-voltage power supplies. The Government is interested in obtaining information concerning a thyristor-based, high-voltage, direct-current power supply for an arc-heated aerospace test facility. The power supply shall provide increased capability for the High Temperature Laboratory (HTL) at Arnold Engineering Development Center (AEDC), Arnold AFB TN. In addition to increasing the power available for the existing arc heater, the power supply shall provide enhanced power control capabilities.
