- The Government is requesting Market Research from Industry for the replacement of a document generation solution, Personal Computer Generated Letters (PCGL), which was custom developed over 10 years ago for the Veterans Benefits Administration. Additional information and vendor submission instructions can be found in the Government's Request for Information (RFI) Number VA118-10-RI-0149. Questions may be submitted in writing by 4:00pm EST, March 2, 2010. Completed Market Survey Questionnaires/Responses are due by 4:00pm EST, March 4, 2010.
