Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command, National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) plans to issue a solicitation for small businesses via FedBizOps in support of the Project Manager, Army Enterprise System Information Program (AESIP). The AESIP program manages development and operation of a data integration and application hub system that provides services for the Armys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, as well as, other enduring enterprise systems via: brokering of transactional data to minimize point-to-point interfaces, provisioning and syndication of centralized master data to assure consistency of authoritative data, development of cross domain business intelligence, and analytics reports required for decision support. To provide these services, the AESIP hub utilizes various technologies such as message queuing, routing, data translation, and facilitation of realtime collaboration/communications between applications. AESIP is the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) lead for the integration and implementation of the Army ERP federation, transition, and convergence strategies. It is the intention of the U.S. Army to expand an existing organic government capability to design, develop, deploy and sustain Enterprise Resources Planning programs. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide technical and program support services to PM AESIP, in conjunction with the U.S. Army ERP Center of Expertise (COE), as a mechanism to facilitate the growth of government capabilities over time. The Army is seeking qualified small business contractors to provide development services for ERP solutions in support of this effort. PM AESIP utilizes an enterprise integration platform that is based on SAP capabilities. Contractors should possess a requisite knowledge of SAP system environments. In addition they should possess all required experience, technical knowledge, and qualification credentials necessary to meet the task requirements. The Government proposes to award contracts in three (3) task areas: (1) Infrastructure Services, (2) Enterprise Application Services, and (3) Enterprise Integration Services. Contracts will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and four (4), one-year options. Multiple awards are contemplated for each task area. This acquisition is a small business set-aside (NAICS: 541512, Computer Systems Design Services, size standard $25M). Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors may register online at http://www.CCR.gov. The government will not accept questions regarding this announcement or the pending solicitation. The official solicitation will provide the opportunity for questions to be addressed.
