- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR TO WHICH THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION HAS PREVIOUSLY AWARDED INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT NO. 09CC408239. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price task order against Contract No. 09CC408239 to Stoven Construction, Inc., 2709 Vassar Place NE, Suite F, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. This requirement is for the construcition of a chain-link fence around the perimeter of the Middle Rio Grande Endangered Species Collaborative Program Minnow Sanctuary located in the Albuquerque Reach of the Middle Rio Grande.
