Gov't Response to Industry's Questions: 16 November 2009 Final RFP Released: Early to mid March 2010 Proposals Due: Late April to early May 2010 Contract Award: 25 August 2010 This schedule is subject to change and should not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government.
