- Description
- The Regional Contracting Office, Southwest, Camp Pendleton, CA has a requirement for the upgrade of a Power Test 25X18 Dynamometer System. The upgrade will consist of the procurement of a computerized control and data acquisition system, with additional equipment and parts. The contractor is to install the upgrade equipment, test the system for proper operation, and conduct training on the use of the upgraded dynamometer. The required upgrade equipment will be solicited as Brand Name Only. A written solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number will be M00681-10-T-0024. The applicable NAICS Code is 334519. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items in accordance with FAR part 13. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only; the solicitation will be available on or about 01 March 2010.
