- Architect-Engineer (A/E) Design Services. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the initial contract under the National Park Service's (NPS) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinte Quantity Contract Number C807808A176. The referenced contract was competitively awarded to Wiss Janney Elstner Associates (WJE). Fair opportunity was given to all other PWR A/E IDIQ contract historic preservation firms. WJE has specific past experience with the historic fabric of this project and in the interest of efficiency and economy, WJE's participation is a logical follow-on to other task orders issued under the Contract. This project consists of replacing the existing and obsolete heating system with an energy efficient HVAC system.
