- RECOVERY Purchase Order: R10PX20R26ARRA Project No.: 72.000 TAS::14 0681::TAS The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quote for a firm-fixed-price contract for Mitigation Services for Gasoline Contamination at Putah Creek Resort, Napa County, CA - Lake Berryessa to include various tasks such as 1) Develop Site Health and Safety Plan; 2) Excavation, Drilling and Well Installation; 3) Groundwater Sample Collection and Laboratory Analyses; 4) Remediation Technology Assessment Letter Report; 5) Conduct Extraction Well Field Testing; 6) Elevation Surveys; 7) Final Remediation Plan and Design; 8) Human Health Risk Assessment; and 9) ARRA Reporting Requirement Deliverable. The NAICS Code is 562190, size standard $14 million. This is being set-aside 100% for Small Business. Solicitation R10PS20R26 will be posted at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around January 14, 2010. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is March 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. p.s.t. The solicitation and specifications must be downloaded at the above site; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Central Contractor Registration (CCR), as required by FAR 4.1102, applies to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please be advised that the Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act, which requires that each contractor report on its Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract.
