- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN HOUSTON, TX The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous office space in Houston, TX. The space offered must consist of 12,535 rentable square feet. The space should yield a minimum of 10,900 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require a total of forty-five (45) reserves surface parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: 43rd Street to Crosstimbers Street East: Interstate 45 South: Pecore Street to 11th Street to Interstate 610 North to West 12th Street West: North Post Oak Road to Hempstead Road to Mangum Road to Watonga Boulevard The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2011 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership. In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the General Services Administration (GSA) Contracting Officer or their authorized broker representative, CB Richard Ellis.
