- ** This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. ** The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors to clean kitchen exhaust systems at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, management, materials, supervision, tools, and transportation necessary to maintain clean, efficient, and safe operating kitchen exhaust systems (i.e., clean interior and exterior surfaces of kitchen exhaust systems, including range hoods, filters, ducts, fire suppression systems, fans and fan housings; and corroded exterior surfaces of hoods and ducts). The areas concerned in this project are government owned. They will be in use during the progress of the work and the Contractor shall arrange his operations to cause as little interference as possible including scheduling of work after normal duty hours (0730 hrs to 1600 hrs) The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561790 and the annual size standard is $7,000,000. The contract term will be a twelve month base period plus two one year options. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Interested parties must submit the following information: (1) Full name,address and email of the firm (2) A statement your firm has relevant past performance and evidence of similar work completed in the past three years, to include dollar value. (3) Size status and/or SBA certification program of your firm. (4) CAGE Code for your firm. (5) Positive statement of interest to submit a proposal. DO NOT SUBMIT A NARRATIVE, PROPOSAL, BROCHURES OR ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. Based upon the responses received, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement. This is a sources sought announcement and is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. An award will not be made on responses to this notice. This Sources Sought Synopsis is not a Request for Proposal (RFP); it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources prior to issuing a solicitation.
