Description
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), intends to procure Ground Radio Application Program Set (GRAPS). GRAPS will provide Test Program Sets (TPS's) in support of software defined radios tested using the GRMATS, an automated tester for screening and diagnostic testing of tactical radio systems. The GRAPS TPS's will automatically specify test sequences, types and parameters required to screen and diagnose units under test. The requirement includes the design, integration and production of the required TPS's for the support of current and future software defined tactical radio systems in the Marine Corps inventory. GRAPS capabilities will include the following: the hardware required to interface software-defined tactical radio system components with the GRMATS test system; test program software required to conduct GRMATS testing of software-defined tactical radio system components; support for the transition! of legacy radio system testing to GRMATS; and a ruggedized transit case containing all hardware, software, manuals for storage and transportation. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement. It is anticipated that a maximum of 700 GRAPS sets will be required (base and option quantities). Evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 334515 and a size standard of 500 applies. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in the near future. The solicitation will be available to interested parties through both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) and Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) websites. It is the responsibility of interested parties to independently monitor both websites for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading a copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any. In order to be eligible for award, interested parties must be registered into the Central Contractor Database (CCR). The website for CCR is http://www.ccr.gov. Questions may be submitted to Mark Sanderson at mark.sanderson@usmc.mil. Telephone inquiries or responses will not be accepted.
