The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1H item; This AMSC code implies that the Government has screened the item and found it to be already competitive and that it the government has inadequate data to approved an alternate offer.. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis.. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside. We intend to solicit for a 100% option.
