THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT(S): TPL, Inc, N00014-09-C-0454, High Power Density and Thermally Stable Capacitors for Power Electronics Applications Develop the capacity to process dielectric materials. This contract action was not awarded as a fixed price contract type because Uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action was awarded (FAR 16.301-2).
