- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, Division of Contracting and General Services plans to issue a Request for Proposal number 20181RR045. The Solicitation will be posted on or about 15 MAR, 2010. The work will consist of but, not be limited to Construct Visitors Center located at Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, Grayson County, Sherman, Texas This solicitation will be advertised as a Full& Open Unrestricted Competition. This will not be a Total Small Business set-aside. We are seeking certified Small Business contractors in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220-Commerical & Institutional Building Construction, $33.5 Million. In Accordance with FAR 36.204; the stated magnitude for this project is $1,000,000. and $5,000,000.0.
