- This is modification 1 to the synopsis entitled CONSULTATION FOR JOHNSON SPACECENTER PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENT under solicitation number NNJ10323248R which was posted onFeb 19, 2010. You are notified that the following techincal questions and answers areposted below:Question #1: The title of this procurement states 'Consultation for ProceduralRequirement'. Specifically what procedural requirement and in what capacity?Answer #1: Information on the procedural requirements for NPR 7150.2 and their capacitycan be obtained through the following link:http://nodis3.gsfc.nasa.gov/displayDir.cfm?t=NPR&c=7150&s=2 Question #2: What are the 'needs' of the software community?Answer #2: 'Specific needs of the software community' is just implying that each centerwithin the agency operates slightly differently and therefore the JPR will be written insuch a way that it can be easily implemented by JSC organizations. The consultant willassist in helping the team to achieve this goal by identifying areas of improvement andutilizing methods for creating more effective and streamlined processes.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
