Description
The United States Army Contracting Command, CECOM Contracting Center, Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703, intends to procure four (4) Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) Enhanced Medium Altitude Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems (EMARSS) which will be a manned, airborne, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) system integrated on a commercial derivative aircraft (CDA). The anticipated effort is intended to be Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee, and Time-and-Materials effort with a Fixed-Price Incentive Firm option for Low Rate Initial Production and a Cost-Plus-Incentive-Fee option for Integrated Logistics Support. The period of performance for this effort, including all options, if exercised, will not exceed 54 months from date of contract award. This effort is being procured under full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334511 with the corresponding small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is W15P7T-10-R-S206 and will be issued on or about 30 March 2010. The estimated award date of this procurement is 25 June 2010.
