- NSN 5985-01-549-5072, 26F F-16 Aircraft, Elevator, Antenna, PR# 0024333010, Part Numbers: Northrop Grumman Inc P/N 688R507G01; Kelvin Corporation P/N 90002; This is not a critical application item and configuration control applies. This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition as the government does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The vendor submitting an alternate offer must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The approved sources are: NORTHROP GRUMMAN ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS CAGE 97942 and KELVIN CORPORATION CAGE 25634. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the solicitation issue date is 12 March 2010 closing on 12 April 2010. DELIVERY: 267 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 194 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Destination. FOB Destination. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
