- Pump Submerged; System: AH64 A/D Apache Helicopter INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 2915-01-159-8522 INPUT/OUTPUT P/N: 7-211642052-9 QUANTITY: MIN 8- - MAX 576 FMS QUANTITY: 96 The proposed contractual action will be for a five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The listed NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Maintenance and Overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work (DMWR) 1-2915-350 dated 24 January 2007 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). Due to commerciality the last time this item was procured it has been determined that the Governments need can be met by items available in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR Part 12 will be used. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. Small Business Firms that recognize and can perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides is restricted to U.S. small businesses; therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax (256) 955-9237 or mailed. You may mail your request to Terry Carter, CCAM-AL-M, Bldg. 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35895-5000. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No data fax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
