- This is a combined/synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-38 Correction (December 10, 2009) 0001: Nine (9) each, Haley Expert Rules CIA Server Deployment Perpetual License, March 15, 2010 - March 14, 2011. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instrutions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evalution-Commerical Items, does not apply to this acquisition. The award will be based on Lowest-Priced Technically-Acceptable (LPTA). If offeror is not registered at https://orca.bpn.gov/ will be required to complete and submit the Offeror Representations and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3 with the quote. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commerical Items, applies to this acquisition.
