- Amendment BCTP Industry Day Tuesday March 16, 2010 Fort Leavenworth, KS The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center- Fort Eustis (MICC-C E) is providing an Amendment to Special Notice W911S0-10-SN-03. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide interested companies updated information and changes to the One-on-One sessions for BCTP Industry Day. The Government hereby reduces the Industry Day One-on-One sessions to (45 minutes in length) to Industry Representatives due to an influx in respondents and limited time to provide information for those in attendance. The Government has reached capacity for the one-on-one sessions. As previously stated in Special Notice W911S0-10-SN-03, one-on-one sessions have been scheduled on a first come first serve basis. However, interested companies who are not in physical attendance can still submit questions by 3 March 2010 for an opportunity to gather information on BCTP requirements. All Industry questions (including those for the one-on-one sessions) must be submitted via e-mail to melinda.oblein@us.army.mil by 03 Mar 2010. A representative from MICC-C E will contact each contractor point of contact with their one-on-one time allotment. MICC will notify all contractors who will remain on the one-on-one Industry Day schedule for 16 March 2010, and those who will be able to only submit questions due to the time limitations and changes. Contractors must indicate if questions are propriety in nature or the Government will assume they are not. The Government teams will not accept any contractor material during these sessions. Telephone request will not be accepted. Please note this is NOT a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this announcement and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The Army will not assume liability for cost incurred by any attendees, travel expenses or marketing efforts. All non-proprietary questions/answers and Government slides will be posted via FedBizOps.
