- The US Army Solider Systems Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Carleton Technologies, of Orchard Park, NY, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) Follow-on contract for the continued development or production, for the acquisition of various spare parts for the Parachute Oxygen Mask, from Carleton Technologies who supplied the original oxygen masks.
