- Description
- Removal, Transportation and Disposal of Hazardous Wastes and Related Services at Various Locations in the Philippines. The Solicitation is expected to be issued on or after April 14, 2010 with responses due on or after May 14, 2010. The solicitation will be available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities webpage: www.fbo.gov. The Solicitation will result in a single, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The contract will have an 18-month base period with the Government unilateral right to exercise two 18-month option periods. This requirement will also include an option to extend services for up to six months (under FAR 52.217-8). This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of the Philippines. Offerors must have all required permits, registrations, and licenses to perform work in the country of the Philippines. In addition, the successful offeror must be licensed and registered to enter and stay in the Philippines in compliance with local law. The Government does not provide the contractor with SOFA status or any logistical support under the resultant contract.
