- Post Award Synopsis as required by FAR 5.705 Construction Time Period May 1, 2010 to August 31, 2010. The principle area of performance is Duchesne County, Longitude / Latitude 110 41 57 / 40 33 43, USGS Map Tworoose Pass, Ut 1967 This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the project is required. Contract No. (R10PC40R02) was awarded February 1, 2010 and will be available directly from the following website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This contract was processed using 8a acquisition procedures. The Bureau of Reclamation awarded a firm-fixed price construction contract to Yerba Buena Engineering & Construction Inc 1340 Egbert AVE. San Francisco Ca 94124 for the amount of $826,051.05. The purpose of this contract is to perform left Abutment Road and Parking Area Repairs on the Upper Stillwater Dam. This is a total small business ser-aside. The NAICS Code is 237310 and the small business size standard is 33.5 million. The Bureau Project Identification Number for this acquisition is 77.505. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for award.
