- This notice is to provide for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under W31P4Q-07-G-0001 0013. A formal Request for Proposal (RFP) will be provided on W31P4Q10R0097. The US Army Contracting Command proposes to issue an order under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) W31P4Q-07-G-0001, Sole Source to Lockheed Martin Missile Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W. Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 73501. This effort is for the portable four pack test set ruggedized. LMMFC, as the developer and producer of the PAC-3 missile and support equipment, is the only source with the knowledge and expertise to perform this effort. The Government does not own the Technical Data Package (TDP) to provide to another source. It is expected that this action will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee Order under BOA W31P4Q-07-G-0001. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
